FAQ
This FAQ section addresses common questions about our cups, ordering process, shipping, features, care, and policies to provide customers with clear, convenient information. If you have additional questions not covered here, please refer to our other policy pages for further assistance.
One of the most frequent questions is about cup sizes and capacity. Our cups come in a range of sizes, from compact 8oz ceramic mugs (ideal for espresso or small servings) to 24oz insulated tumblers (perfect for long commutes or all-day hydration). Each product page includes detailed capacity information and dimensions, helping you choose a cup that fits your needs—whether you’re looking for a small mug for home or a large tumbler for on the go. We also specify if the cup is suitable for hot or cold beverages, or both, to ensure you select the right option.
Customers often ask about material options and safety. Our cups are made from high-quality, food-safe materials, including ceramic (dishwasher and microwave safe for most styles), stainless steel (insulated for temperature retention), borosilicate glass (heat-resistant), and BPA-free plastic (lightweight and durable). All materials are tested to meet food safety standards, ensuring no harmful chemicals leach into beverages. Product pages clearly outline material details, safety features, and care instructions to help you use and maintain your cup properly.
Order processing and shipping times are common inquiries. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information is provided once available, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress. Upon receipt, we recommend checking the cup immediately to ensure it is the correct style, size, and free from cracks, chips, or defects.
Many customers ask about how to care for their cups. Regular maintenance depends on the material: ceramic and glass cups can be washed in the dishwasher (unless noted otherwise) or by hand; stainless steel tumblers should be hand-washed to preserve insulation and prevent scratches; plastic cups are dishwasher-safe but should be placed on the top rack. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch surfaces. For insulated styles, avoid microwaving, as this can damage the insulation. Care instructions are included with each cup and on product pages.
Questions about returns and exchanges are also common. To be eligible, cups must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe. Used, damaged, or altered cups (including cracked, chipped, or scratched surfaces) are not eligible. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
International customers often ask about customs duties and taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking local customs rules before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.
Finally, many users ask about cup warranties. Most of our cups come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects (such as cracks, chips from faulty production, or defective lids). Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, mishandling, or damage from improper cleaning are not covered. This feature is clearly indicated on product pages. This FAQ is updated regularly to address new customer questions and policy changes.
